The courses in pedagogical competences are designed in accordance with the Framework for Effective Teaching at Charles University. The Framework identifies key pedagogical competences and divides them into six areas. These areas include teaching and learning planning and design, managing the teaching and learning process, feedback and assessment, reflective teaching and teacher professional development, professional cooperation and supporting teaching and learning with digital technologies. Each of these areas comprises specific competencies that enable teachers to improve their teaching. The Framework serves as a guide for the continuous enhancement of teaching quality and supports lifelong learning of teachers.
We are currently preparing our courses for the upcoming winter semester. The offer will be available soon.
