            Microscopic Approaches and Image Analysis in Biomedicine and Microtechnologies is a 5 days
            on course that aims to teach participants how to extract valuable insights from their micr

            and analyze and visualize them. It is designed as an interactive learning experience where
            can collaborate, discuss, and develop their BioImage analysis workflows with guidance from

            field with access to specially developed learning materials. Day 1 focuses on a basic unde
            microscopy, image acquisition, computer graphics theory, and bioimage analysis. Days 2 and
            to hands-on sessions using the open-source tool ImageJ and the proprietary software Vision

            on the reproducibility of bioimage analysis and the preparation of images for presentation
            purposes. By the end of the workshop day 5, participants will have the skills necessary to
            analyze, visualize, and interpret their bioimage data.
